Kimon Games holds the rights to all content, including virtual items ("Virtual Items") and virtual currency ("Virtual Currency"), that appears or originates within the Services or any third-party applications. These items are provided solely for your personal and entertainment use and cannot be used outside of Kimon Games or its affiliated applications. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency hold no real-world monetary value, and you are granted only a limited license to use them under the terms provided. These items cannot be sold or transferred outside of authorized exchanges within the Services, and they cannot be redeemed for real money or goods.

Additionally, Kimon Games may be considered a third-party beneficiary of the license agreements between you and third-party publishers of such applications.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Kimon Games users, including any disputes. While we may offer features such as reporting or blocking users, you must still exercise caution and discretion when using the Services and when disclosing personal information. If you choose to meet other users offline, it is your responsibility to take reasonable precautions. Kimon Games disclaims any liability for interactions between users. For notices made by e-mail, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.
The failure of Kimon Games to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Kimon Games. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. You agree that (i) these Terms are intended to cover any Third Party Publisher who is an affiliate of Shanghai Kimon Games Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Affiliate Publisher"); (ii) your obligations to Kimon Games under these Terms extend to Affiliate Publishers as applicable unless otherwise agreed under any Third-Party Terms with any such Affiliate Publisher; and (iii) Affiliate Publishers are third-party beneficiaries under these Terms who may rely on and directly enforce these Terms against you as such.
